Scholarships

The CDHS Alumni Association has been granted a 501(c)(3) recognition by the IRS. Your donations to the CDHSAA general fund and our Scholarship Fund are tax deductible.



Each year, we have provided $2,000 to two of CD's graduating seniors — $1,000 each — to continue their education in college or a trade school. The Ram Spirit Scholarship winners to date include:
  • 2006 — Amanda Crum and Tim Miller
  • 2007 — Maegan Capuano and Tony Mattola
  • 2008 — Britney Kepler and Eric Bechtel
  • 2009 — Matt Snell and Nathaniel Huff
  • 2010 — Jared Skotek and Rebecca Oken
  • 2011 — Elizabeth Peter and Edward Schrom, with Meritorious Runner-Up Alyvia Walters receiving a $500 award.

  • 2013 — Janelle Koontz and Heather Lorenz
